我響太古城一間地產公司度做野既,其實我第一日入黎太古城既感覺就係..咁舊既!!!點做呀...但當我上去睇一d單位既時候我就對太古城完全改觀,上左去一隻675呎既單位度睇,同我屋企好似差唔多大既,但我屋企有800呎,跟住我先知原來住太古城既人就係鐘意太古城好實用,但都有缺點既,一黎交通其實都唔可以話好方便既,跟住既就係冇會所,街市....食野既地方又唔多,不過泳池就有4個,都好既...而家就唔好想入黎太古城住啦,因為有d地盤開緊工呀,會比較噪,點都好啦,太古城都係一個唔錯既地方既~~

Management is excellent, ran by #2 world ranking resort hotel Sukhothai owner and operator, Hong Kong Resort. Management is professional and courteous. Best landscape, best surveys as of true residents participation, true communal sense.
Eateries will be enhanced, eateries will have seashore view and sittings. 91 Dbay shops in the Plaza, much better than mall, for mall won't have furniture shops, lamp shops, decorator shops, hardware stores, Super Super flagship ParkNShop, Japan Home, Mannings + Watsons, clothing stores, not all of them, we have all of them.
Flat land everywhere in Phase 4 highrise, Verdant/Jovial/Haven, close to all water routes, and walk to main bus terminal. Bus stop, marina club and marina right downstairs. Drive you boat anywhere.
Having breakfast on yatch is not ONLY the priviledge of bankers. We have it here in Dbay.
Excellent 649 hectacres (38 Victoria Park) environment.
Paradise, so good, not even U.S. or England can match, so close to downtown, 6 stars resort ammenities, truly low density.

本人為都會豪庭業主，本人近月看過很多將軍澳樓盤，包括將中、將廣、蔚藍、南豐、海悅、維景及新都一、二期，當然維景及蔚藍有一定吸引力，但談到屋苑規模及配套，無論商場大小，食肆、交通等，我覺得都勝一籌，雖然四年樓，但保養得仍然很好；雖然無露台，但如果家庭成員有小朋友，總是覺得安全些，父母也放心一點，並同時我也覺得新都呎價為何落後多少，平均都未到3000呎。
